From the desk of Cody Sperber:

Happy Monday!

How was your weekend? Good? Great?

RATE IT.

Scale from 1 to 10 … first number that comes to heart (don’t listen to your mind. It’s a liar) … BAM. What was it?

A seven. Interesting. Thanks for being honest. Most people say ten, which almost always means two. Anyone who has a ten star weekend says twelve. Or twelve hundred. Something with a twelve in it. Tens are liars.

Ok, now switch. You ask me how mine was. We’ll just go back and forth with whatever – the world’s very first telepathic newsletter conversation. This is awesome. It’s only Monday, and we’re already making history. That’s a great way to start a week, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Wait, what’d you just say? Sorry, I was thinking about something I have to do for you later that has a way better chance of making you rich than this.

How was my weekend … I heard you that time.

I HAVE NO IDEA.

Haha. It was a trick telepathic question. Weekends don’t exist to me. I just live. I rate the living … twelve million.

Elon Musk says he became the world’s first universally loved trillionaire and future world overlord by asking better questions. I love Elon. Just like you and everyone. So let’s do what he says.

How is your NOW? Rate your now. Is it a ten? : ) 12 trillion like Elon?

What are you doing right. NOW.

You’re reading me.

NOWS do not get much smarter than that.

You’re starting now on the right foot.

How we start a now is generally how it will keep going. And it will tend to keep going with a life of its own. We have more control of it at the start than we do in the middle and end. This is true of almost everything in life.

Starting well is CRUCIAL.

So far so good. I’ve got big things in store for you this now (week if you’re still stuck on that).

I’d be unusually excited if I were you!

QBQ! Question Behind The Question—John G. Miller

The lack of personal accountability is a problem that has resulted in an epidemic of blame, complaining, and procrastination.

No organization or individual can achieve goals, compete in the marketplace, fulfill a vision, or develop people and teams without personal accountability.

John G. Miller believes that the troubles that plague organizations cannot be solved by pointing fingers and blaming others. The solutions are found when each of us recognizes the power of personal accountability.

In QBQ! The Question Behind the Question, Miller explains how negative, inappropriate questions like “why do we have to go through all this change?” and “who dropped the ball?” represent a lack of personal accountability.

Conversely, when we ask better questions, QBQs, such as “what can I do to contribute?” or “how can I help solve the problem?” our lives and our organizations are transformed.

This book gives a practical method for putting personal accountability into daily action. Problems are solved, internal barriers come down, service improves, teamwork grows, and people adapt to change more quickly. It is an invaluable resource for anyone seeking to learn, grow, and change.

Students Success Story:

My Name is Conrado. I’m a local investor in the SF BAY AREA MARKET. I came to Clever Investor after a very bad experience with a previous program. I hired a mentor and all he did was take my money and run. I’m glad I joined the Clever Team/Family. They have helped me to build my confidence back and they really taught me how to invest in real estate and profit from it. They over delivered and I got 20x more than what I paid for. With my first deal I recovered the educational investment I made and still profited. Even now I have continued my education with the Clever Team! They are a one stop shop!

I thank God and Cody Sperber for getting me back on track and I highly recommend them! _Conrado
