2022 Is The New 2021
Alright, you’ve got 18 days to cram for your 2021 goal completion. How we lookin’?
You’re reading my words right now, which tells me you’re bored already. 2021 barely exists right now. You finished those goals in April, set new impossible one’s and are currently in the middle of an 18-day cram to accomplish the last one.
I dig it.
That being the case though, I won’t take up any more of your time than I absolutely want to. Don’t you worry.
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT’S ALMOST CHRISTMAS???
I can’t believe the men in black infiltrated baby Jesus’ birthday party planning committee, twirked a mandatory-feeling spending spree into the celebration (one gift or guilt trip for everyone everyone knows) and it’s a real thing.
Who has time for achieving things? Everyone’s cramming just to keep hope alive and carol like they mean it.
Everyone besides YOU, that is. And me.
It’s you and me against the world. Wanna take a guess who wins in the end? …
Me either. I’m going to just let my fingers tell me right now (I never know) …
They’re not telling me. Something to do with chairs turning, The Voice and a caroling theme. I may be running out of ideas. I feel like I used them all on gifts.
Who cares.
2021 WAS AWESOME
For me. For you. For everyone. I don’t care what happened. Believe the TRUTH? That all things twirk together for awesomeness to those who believe the TRUTH? Then 2021 was hands down, without question … awesome. If you can’t see it now, don’t say what you see. Most people do go through life talking about what they see, hear and feel right that moment. Nothing makes sense in the moment. Talk about like … 900 moments ago. Now you’re starting to make some sense.
2021 was challenging. For earth and everyone gravtied to it. But man so many great things are happening!
Be grateful in the grind.
Let’s make lists. Follow my lead:
My 2021 Rearview Mirror
– Scaled part time wholesaling biz to $250,000 profit per month consistently. Last few months are over $300k and scaling fast to 1 Million per month.
– Scaled Rehabbing biz to 8 figures
– Scaled profit margins by 3X in 2021
– If we stopped all new acquisitions we already have the entire years worth of profit set to close the first quarter of 2022 by just finishing the projects that are already in motion. Next year should be a record shattering year for both profits and scaling.
– We launched our Airbnb business in the middle of 2021 and already have 22 luxury Airbnb‘s in our portfolio. Planning on scaling that to 50+ luxury Airbnb‘s in the best locations around the world by the end of 2022.

– We’re finalizing our first fund that we are calling clever capital that will launch in first quarter for accredited investors to get involved in our luxury Airbnb business.
– On the real estate education side our students also had a record shattering year…
– We received over 100 testimonial videos/pictures for new students getting their first deal.
– And we had 61 students join our $100,000 club that we know of.
– And we had 8 students that we know of join our Millionaires Club!!!
– Our new creative finance training The Free house Formula launched in March and so far over 7200 students have gone through the system.

Good day clever family. We wanted to share a quick story. We began our journey into REI in 2018. We dove right in by tackling our first flip. Since then we’ve done only flips as well as acquiring a number of rentals along the way. It has not been easy for sure. Lessons have been learned along the way, some would have made some ppl quit this business. We didn’t and pushed through. Our model is still mainly flips but we made the decision to start wholesaling as well this past November. (most would have started here first 
) Well we just closed our first wholesale deal. $12K. As Cody said many times, it feels amazing to get the first one done.
